Structure:Cylindrical selt-extinguishing plastics case filled with epoxy resin. Features:Good self-healing,small size,low dissipation,stable capacitance,long life,reliable performance etc. Mainuse:Applied to 50/60Hz AC motor for starting and running,such as compressors,washing machine,cleaning machine,water pumps,electric tools,garden machinery etc.
This kind of capacitor utilizes metallized polypropylene film as the dielectric. The electrode is made by a deposition technology, in which evaporating boat heats metal atoms under the condition of high vacuum and then metal atoms are melted, evaporated and sprayed on the surface of film. During the evaporation, the block oil is printed on the surface of film by embossing roll in order to preventing the metal from depositing on the film, forming a net structure. The 0.5 mm width metallized coating connects the adjacent grids, working as a fuse.When a point in a grad is breakdown, the junctions around this grid are burn out by the short circuit current at the breakdown moment, disconnecting the power supply to the breakdown area and avoiding further spread breakdown, so as to activate protection.

2.The capacitor should be installed in position with good ventilation and heat dissipation.Ambient temperature should not exceed 70℃.
3.The maximum voltage for the capacitor is1.1times of rated voltage,maximum curent is 1.3 times of rated current and maximum output is 1.3 times of rated output.
4.The capacitor should be used under altitude of 2000m.
5.The residual voltage when applying voltage should not exceed 10% of rated.
